At TecGym Management System, we strive to ensure a smooth experience for all our clients.

Since our product is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, all services are delivered digitally once a subscription or payment plan is activated.

Return & Refund Terms

We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference or change of mind, as all accounts and services are created and customized for each client upon activation.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • If you are charged more than once for the same transaction.
  • If a confirmed technical issue on our side prevented access to your account or service.
  • If you cancel your subscription before activation.

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of payment, providing your Transaction ID, Registered Email, and a valid reason.

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

All eligible refunds will be processed to the same payment source used during checkout via GoPayFast, in accordance with their settlement procedures.
